Changan Heavy Duty Truck Special Purpose Vehicle Chassis is selected, and the transfer case, main transmission system, gearbox, double winch unit, mud pump, turntable, drilling tower, wire rope feeding mechanism, etc. are all installed on the vehicle chassis. Three phase AC generator sets, distribution boxes, control cabinets, etc. have been installed. In non electrified construction sites, the chassis engine can drive the generator sets to generate electricity, providing power for the operation of the drilling rig and on-site night lighting or welding maintenance; In construction sites with electricity, drilling rigs can directly use the site's electricity.
Performance characteristics: The main drilling method is rotary drilling with rotary mud and positive circulation, equipped with BW850/2A mud pump. Mud is used as flushing fluid, and positive circulation drilling is achieved through high-pressure injection of plunger pump. It can also adapt to other drilling techniques. Powered by a car engine, equipped with a transfer device and hydraulic system, to achieve simultaneous linkage between car travel and drilling operations. Equipped with a mechanical double winch unit, tower pulley system, and auxiliary pressurization device linked to the lifting rings on both sides of the faucet, it can assist in pressurized drilling when encountering complex formations, improving drilling efficiency. The main transmission is mechanical transmission, and the lifting and four leveling support legs of the drilling tower are controlled by hydraulic pressure. The mud pump clutch system is controlled by pneumatic pressure.
Scope of application: Suitable for agricultural water conservancy projects, industrial deep water wells, national defense construction, hydrological exploration, geothermal mine water well drilling, and can also be used for foundation hole construction in other projects. According to user requirements, air compressors from different manufacturers can be equipped to implement pneumatic down the hole hammer drilling; Equipped with gas water dual-use faucets, double wall dedicated drill rods, gas water separators, etc., it can implement gas lift reverse circulation drilling; Equipped with hydraulic down the hole hammer drilling tools, corresponding drilling operations can be carried out.
